French-born Sebastien Pinson is bringing 20 years of culinary experience to the Hideaway team. He has worked in famous hotels and resorts around the world including in Europe, Asia, United States, South America and the Caribbean. During this time, thanks to hard work and passion, Chef Sebastien has received several awards, including a coveted Michelin star.
Since joining Hideaway, Chef Sebastien has wowed and impressed our guests with his culinary delights. Bringing in fresh ingredients from our very own garden, Sunset Pool Cafe now has a mouthwatering watermelon and tomato gazpacho to enjoy. Samsara Restaurant features a new Teppanyaki set menu, while Meeru Bar & Grill has seen some extensive re-working of the pizza dough recipe.
